Vancouver won't do the trade and lose their remaining cap space. Toronto gains cap space for two unwanted players and giving up 2 useful players and 2 over the hill.

Not a good deal for Toronto.

Just trading for draft picks, even low ones would be preferable to your deal as it would clear 13.1 M in cap for the players above.

Your trade actually hurts Van.

Where are you hearing about the teams Toronto has allegedly talked to? There is a cone of silence around the Leafs so info is not leaking out. Stop pretending that you have info.
