CLB: Scott Hartnall

Tor: Milan Michalak, Petter Holland, Josh Lievo and Tony Cameranesi

A similar trade to the Garbner trade. Columbus gets a good prospect in Lievo and Cam. Leafs get a character player.

Is this fair?

Too much salary to take on for 3 more years, leafs will probably not take on Hartnells contract and less something good is coming with hin

Let me see:

Hartnell: more points than any Leaf for the last two years. 4.75/yr. He is a complete hockey player who hits, fights, scores, passes, checks, back checks, is aggressive, is a team player (unlike almost all of the Leafs), and has a long history of delivering.

Holy crap! Look at the pussies below:

Michalek: 16 pts. 1yr at 4M/yr hasn't thrown a check
Holland: 27 pts. RFA - F/A 1 M+ /yr doesn't know how to check.
Leivo: 5 pts. 0.84 M - F/A 1 M+ /yr only knows how to check, Best of Lot.

Cameranesi: 0 pts. AHL - F/A

Figures, the rest got censored.

But to put it politely.

Why should Columbus supply Hartnell and then take back 6M in useless Leafs losing 2M in the balance when it was supposed to be a cap dump in the 1st place.

Your trade makes no sense at all for Colombus.
