Leafs get: Jagr, 3rd round pick

Panthers get: Penguins first pick, 2nd round pick.

Leafs would not give a 1st and a second for jagr, he's and old vet and probably not going to be around much longer, all in all and awful trade for the leafs,who's rebuild would be drastically be hurt by losing out on 2 decent prospects by trading for jagr,the rebuild will not even be done by the time jagr retires, which means that the leafs would end up nothing when they could have had both picks which would probably still be in the he league

I would not agree because the leafs aren't aiming for the playoffs and Jagr is old, maybe his last season and there is a 1 round pick
