Leafs can get a former #1 goalie who's young enough to have the potential to find his form again. He could be become part of the leafs nucleus. Sparks to backup.

Anderson is a RFA and Anaheim is moving forward with Gibson, won't cost that much

As I said below, probably a bit later pick with bozak or komarov. But yes I see this working for both sides. Goalies are pretty cheap these days though. Usually go for 2nd to late 1sts and maybe a B prospect. Bozak I would think would be a high 2nd value so adding in a late pick or a low level prospect like Percy wouldn't be bad.
