I have put out shot in the dark proposals on here,but I believe this is a Trade both Teams might agree on imo.

For Toronto i like it but i dont see Dubas losing another first this deadline. And if he sends players packing from this roster it will be a bottom three forward not kerfoot.

Kerfoot absolutely needs to go. Both O'Reilly and Acciari provide more than Kerfoot. I just don't see Arizona wanting him.
Kerfoot would need to be dumped to a playoff team looking for speed and depth. IMO both Holl and Kerfoot should be shipped out for picks. The Leafs need the cap room to do anything substantial.
I do like your trade proposal though. I think Sandin, Robertson and a 1st should be enough to make it happen.
I would throw Nylander in as well if Arizona added Crouse and Fischer. Whatever picks you get for Holl and Kerfoot could be included and maybe save the 1st Round Pick 2024.

Another possible scenario that could work and make the Leafs a serious contender for the next couple seasons
Kerfoot and Robertson to Nashville for Jeannot. They add speed to their roster and Leafs add toughness and get 2.7 in cap room. You could also receive a late round pick back
Holl to Oilers for a pick.
Flip both picks to Vancouver for Schenn. Schenn is not a needle mover but replaces Holl as 5-7 Dman.
Nylander and Sandin to Coyotes for Crouse, Chychrun and Bjugstad. Might have to add a second or third round pick.
Salary out 13.9 mil
Salary in 11.5 mil
Adding Crouse, Chychrun, Bjugstad and Jeannot for future playoff runs.

Great trade for both teams from my point of view.
Coyotes get the 1st round pick they require!
In Sandin they get the 1st round pick equivalent they desire.
In Robertson they get a good prospect they are asking for.

Leafs get a 24 year old cost controlled (for 2 more years) defensive upgrade.
If Leafs intend to use ROR as 2nd line center, Bjugstad would fill the need to upgrade the 3rd line center slot while moving Kampf down and improving the 4th line as well.
