Reilly, muzzin, Dermott staying for sure next year. If I assume they stay on left side, we are looking at $10m in 2020

Now assuming they have Parayko for that package, he costs 5.5. Bring in Liljegren. Bring in a useful veteran to play with Dermott for. Say $2.5m. 7th cost 1m. Total cost $20m. Goalies and Kessel $7m. Leaves $55m with $3m cushion if cap to $85m

Matthews and Marner sign shorter term. Pray for $20m total. Add tavares and Nylander. $38m. Add 4th line at $1m each. $41m. Leaves $14m

Marleau isn't leaving. $8m left. U have Hyman, brown,Kapanen, Kadri and Zaitsev. Total likely around $17m. Little less.

We need to lose $9m. Yeah we don't trade for a Parayko but then we keep Gardiner or replace him. Still a cost

Honestly, we need to get rid of Zaitsev and either Kadri or Kapanen

Or Nylander and brown .That would work.

They need to take a run. I take back my original trade and say Nylander and brown and whatever futures for Parayko

Point was more related to changes that need to be made rather than the deal itself but I'm content with Nylander for Parayko alone, let alone adding brown.

@redwinglast oh sorry I mean redwing1, You know I never see you post your own trades just little adjustments to other people’s trades, listen I wouldn’t trade Nylander for Parayko straight up I would want something else go with him. St. Louis Defense men do very well in their system but when they leave they’re over priced garbage. Et la Shatinkirk! Not worth half the money he signed for bottom line. it’s a system that they succeed in not just pure talent. Not saying Parayko is bad he’s just not as good as you claim.

The fact that you compared shattenkirk to parayko at all is hilarious. Parayko and petro just hard not forsake. If you think that blues would add on top of parayko for nylander then you are sadly mistaken.
