I felt ill when I read this.
Stamkos is 34 years old and will be 35 half way through the season.
Marner is 27, 7 years younger than Stamkos.
Stamkos was a -21 during the regular season and a -5 in 5 playoff games.
Marner was +21 during the regular season and +3 in 7 playoff games.
And why, pray tell would you add Liljegren and Jarnkrok to an already lopsided deal?
Treliving isn’t a very good GM but he is not this bad!

I like Stammer, but he would need to sign a REALLY team friendly deal. Spezza kind of idea for him to be on my list of targets.

@LL i agree with you. if Leafs wanted to sign and trade Hanifin then could move Willy for Konecny. otherwise Willy stays a Leaf.

Eichel makes less against the cap and is a centre. I doubt Vegas does that.

Marner for Eichel straight up at most. No need to include Jarnkok. Lafferty isn’t a first line player. Reaves is barely an NHL player let alone 3rd line.

Why would Vegas trade their #1 center who was their leading scorer in the playoffs for a right wing?
Can not even remotely see McCrimmon doing something like that!
