Alright everyone, With Muzzin out long term we need to address the hole one D.

Leafs Trade: Robertson and Knies
Rangers Trade: Ryan Lindgren

Is that too much to give up? Or to little? Rangers are solid on D and could re-stock their prospects with this.

It would be stupid to trade Knies who has something the leafs desperately need … size up front and a legit power forward.

I would rather have Bradon Schneider.
Big, physical and a RHD.
That said, I can not see Rangers trading any of their defensemen.
I wonder if Leafs could pry Schenn away from the Canucks.
All Dubas had to so was resign Lyubushkin but instead we got Gaudette, Aube-Kuble, Mete, Benn etc.

Knies is under a point per game in NCAA right now, honestly not sure if he will translate well to playing against men if he’s not demolishing college size players.

He played for team USA last year and did fine he’s got the size and scoring touch and has already been deemed as a can’t miss prospect and to be honest the leafs pass on too many of these type of guys.
