Hayes knows it's rebuild time so he approves deal
Leafs add years of Hayes and he is a beast to play 3rd line center or even platooning with tavernas as 2 line C to take pressure off one another as they age.
Sanheim is bottom pair D with Braun now and Muzzin no rush and when he comes back eases into lineup on bottom pair with one of sanheim/Braun. Next year if Gio retires or leaves sanheim and muzzin are the 2nd unit.

Philly grabs rebuild deal here. Might need to throw in Robertson but not Knies.
