Tbay still needs to shed cap and they would have Foote and Dermott to fight it out for a spot cheaper than Cernak. Of if both make the team, two players for the price of one.

Nash needs speed at centre and Kerfoot gives them that. SDA adds a younger prospect for an older one they have not used yet.

Tor picks up a more physical RD in Cernak. Kunin helps them on the wing and Novak is a centre prospect who could be moved to left wing. Gives Leafs more options while not adding to the cap. This also makes the option of moving Rielly for other help easier to do.

Leafs trade Kerfoot they will have 7 million cap apace. Kerfoot cap space is better for leafs than his space. also Kerfoot ne t team only pays 750k. Leafs will get great value for Kerfoot contract.

Tamp probably says no because they are already under the cap and Nashville won’t trade Kunin straight up for that likely they protected him during the expansion draft so the my probably see him as their future 2C.

T33. What history does Kunin have that you put him as 2C? Tampa is right at the cap and still have Ross to sign.
