Let's be honest here Toronto needs defense and lunchbox players for next year. Not over paid babies and long haired goldilocks players that do not hit or want to be hit and don't cherrypick.

Player who should be traded and hopefully are, Nylander, Holl, Kapanen, Bracco, J.Lindgren, lilyigren, Gauthier.

Toronto trades Kapanen to New York rangers for 1st round pick (Carolina pick that came in the Marleau trade)

Toronto trades Nylander, Dermont, 6th 2020 to
Minnesota for Dumba

Toronto trades Johnnson, Gauthier
To Buffalo for Colin Miller
Or to Los Angeles for Matt Roy and 3rd 2020

Toronto trades Bracco, J.Lindgren and Lilyigren to New Jersey for picks

Optional trade, Toronto trades Marner to Detroit for 4th overall pick in 2020 and Mattha

What's everyone's issue with Dermott all of a sudden? Man the guy made a few mistakes in one game. It isn't the end of the world. I think people tend to forget his age sometimes.

I doubt you get mantha and 4th overall. Detroit in for a long rebuild.

Miller is useless. You should never be allowed to criticize others when you think Miller is the answer.

You shouldn't post a comment if you really don't know what you are talking about. Your posts are always about cirtizing everyone esle who posts a comment because you either did not think of the trade or idea or or just because you have nothing but trash to add.

I think you should post a trade or thought that would cause others to say, yeah I could see that happening instead of just shooting down everyone else. Enjoy the game tonight!

Dermott is a young player that has had too much expected of him from the Leafs media monster and some of their overzealous fans. The same goes for so many Leaf players who are decent players but are called generational at their positions because they are so overrated by many Leaf followers.

Agreed exactly IJ. Never thought I would say that lol. Dermott is still a very young defenceman. I'm not sure what people want from the guy. He plays extremely well for his age and always has.
