Leafs trade Polak and Percy to Caps for Bowey and 2016 4th

Leafs trade Parenteau to NYI for 2nd 2016

Or Leafs trade Polak and Parenteau to NYI for Ryan Strome

Caps looking for experienced Dman, Leafs need futures and I'm a big fan of Bowey. Percy is a decent prospect for Washington to add in Bowey's place. Parenteau has played well on the isle before and could be an option for them at the deadline. He may even fetch more than a 2nd with the pace he's on.

The second trade is just something I'd like to see. Teams pay ridiculous prices at the deadline if they think they can win. Strome has underperformed this season but I'd love to have him on the leafs. Unlikely but nice to think of. IMO Lou should attempt to resign Parenteau on a cheap short term deal in the offseason as well.

Leafs are not trading Polak and a solid prospect for 4th rd pick. And the Isles will want more than Polak and P.A. for Strome.
