Oilers trade: Nikita nikitan(cap dump), Leon draisaitil, Ben scrivens

Oilers get a dman in phanuef, and James Reiner(who's from Alberta), plus they dump Nikita nikitans contract, while the leafs get a top notch prospect in draisaitil

Reimer is from Winnipeg. And why would the leafs trade to get scrivens back?
