Really don't wanna see JVR go, he's been one of few consistent top players on the team and always works hard. Butttt if Ekland isn't just creating rumors .


Toronto: JVR


Minnesota: Erikson Ek + Tuch + 3rd 2016

Not really much I'd want from minni




Toronto: JVR + Polak

Washington: Burakovsky + Vrana


Dont know why washington would need JVR, especially after getting Oshie and Williams, but I guess they're really spending to go for one this year as their GM and owner have said. Polak helps to round out the bottom of their D core.



Calagry Intrigues me most. They have some good prospects who could be expendable, and I think he would fit in best there. I like the thought of bernier going there too, they need goaltending.



Toronto:
JVR + Bernier

Calgary:
Hiller/Ramo (Get them off their books) + Bennet + 1st 2016


Gives the leafs a future 1C IMO. A mid to late pick next year, and a warm body dump to put in the net for the year. Most of Calgary's forwards are getting a nice raise next year, so I think that making a quick shot for a run this year makes sense. JVR is also one of the most cap friendly first liners in the league.

I like the thought of jvr in calgary. But I'm sorry to say he is not worth bennett and a first. I think they would give a 1st and klimchuk.

I don't think he's worth bennett and a first either, I think he's worth bennett and a cap dump and bernier is worth a late first to a team who needs a goalie who can start more games
