I like it but would they take Marner and strome when Hanifen is available? I think they take Strome and Hanifen for a potential #1 center and Hanifen for a steller partner for Reilly

Arizona doesn't trade their first rounder unless they are trading down. NJ and Fla are more reasonable destinations for Phil.
