Utah: Guenther, Tij Iginla, 2026 3rd (Car), 2027 3rd (Tor)

This move gives Utah the super star they don't have. Leafs get back a skilled replacement, and a new top prospect with time to get into the NHL if he's not ready. And 2 more draft picks to work with to address our other needs.

Have you watched Dylan Guenther? He is the Super Star they do have. When he scores the majority of the time it is a clutch goal at a huge point in a game. He is one player they would not trade. If you wanted to add Nylander to that team without touching Guenther or Cooley you would have a scary team. They aren't to shabby without Nylander. They have a vast amount of prospects and draft picks that if Leafs went full rebuild they could change the look of our team for years.

I would get full greedy and say 'We will trade you Nylander for Cole Beaudoin, Tij Inginla, and Caleb Desnoyers that is 3 1st round guys that also played extremely well as a line at WJC's once they were united as a combination by Dale Hunter.'

Would pass on that trade and instead do Beaudoin, Desnoyers and Simashev.

It might take a bit of sweetner since those are very highly touted prospects, but I'd pass on the winger Iginla and go with the centres and the D.
