Carolina is an up and down team with some pretty strong RHD. Obviously the jackpot would be Faulk. But unless new ownership is looking to make a splash I doubt he’s available. But just for shits and giggles what kind of package would the leafs have to offer for Faulk?
What about their young guys in TVR and Pesce? Both young RHD who don’t have a huge body of work but got to be an upgrade to whom the leafs are playing now? Could the leafs put a package together with Brown, Shos, Carrick and a pick. Canes are at the top of their allowed contracts so we’ll have to take some Random’s on the way back.

It would be tough for The leafs to pull off a trade with the canes as they’re both at the top end of allowed contracts. But the canes have some RHD and need some offence.
Faulk would be ideal but would cost a few pieces and even under new ownership Faulk probably not on the table.
