The 1st or 5th option seems the most likely, and I would be perfectly happy with the first one.
This is just because Dubas told Nylander that he wouldn’t be traded as long as Dubas is GM, so Dubas would have to be fired for options 2-4.

The Leafs might need to add a bit to #3 and #4 is pretty close.

None of the others are close, they favour Toronto way too heavily.
