I don’t think hawks will retain any of Keith’s contract when they have to extend Gardiner. Gardiner will be making at least as much as with, if not more.

Kieth is a real solid defenseman still. Not sure if Hawks are wanting to move him, but if they would do this deal, Leafs should do it. Kieth has a pretty sweet contract, and he is a definite upgrade over Gardiner.

Keith would be 1st pair over Reilly, he's still not a 1st pairing d, he's just the best the leafs have. In Nashville he be a 3rd pairing d. Leafs need Parynko period.

Lmao Havksaw. Good one. With Forsberg as his user name, he’s obviously a Nashville fan.

Reilly is obviously top line over Kieth. Kieth would be a good 2LHD for a year or two until Dermott takes over, then we put him 3LHD until Sandin is NHL ready. With that sweet contract of his, we trade Kieth no problem final year or two of his contract.
