Girgensons would be an ok komarov replacement
Ristoleinen we need for a top pairing right D
Nylander would play with his brother and be a great young forward to have
Moulson helps to balance for fair trade
Misses:
Dermott moves up to top 4D all though he may not be ready
We lose our future star defenceman in Liljgren
we also lose 2 young right wingers
JVR may not sign with Buffalo and u also may have to include Bozak

In the end:
I would accept this trade because Nylander and Ristolienen are good young players we could use, but we would need to get rid of moulson for cap reasons.
Also I don't know if Buffalo would accept this, unless Rasmus Dahlin is guarenteed to be a superstar.

Absolutely not.

Moulson is garbage and at $5M is most expensive AHL’er around. Girgensons is useful, but 4th line player at best. Young Nylander has a lot of potential, but doesn’t appear to be anywhere near the level of his older brother. Which leaves only Ristolainen as the only good NHL ready player we would be bringing in.

In exchange, you are offering three roster players, all of whom are very good players, a future stud (and last year’s 1st round pick) in Liljegren, and coughing up an extra 1st and 2nd from this year’s draft.

Than we give them Lil, 1st, 2nd and whatever value JVR still holds in exchange for Moulsons atrocious contract.
