This trade would put Tampa like 8.5 million over the cap, and a conditional pick for a result in 2019 for players that in all likelihood wouldn’t even be with that club that season. Maybe a conditional pick on re signing JvR or Bozak, but the money is still pretty far off.
Jus by money
4.25m, 4.2m, 1.1m and 800k
For
800k, 900k and atm 0k

Little lop sided.

Post got clipped. JVR and Bozak would appeal to a team that looks like it will challenge for the cup.

If they don't work out they are protected by the conditional 1st and low cost.

Sustr is a good Dman the Leafs would want. Raddysh and Lipanov are two decent picks from the 2nd and 3rd rounds. The conditional 1st makes it appealing to the Bolts. The contracts are even and the cap difference about a million.

Might not be enough for JVR and Bozak (even as rentals) ; but at least it's a return.
