Leafs get first overall pick then trade goes down

To Leafs all 3 1st round picks 2020

I think this is the smart move if the leafs got the first overall with such a deep first round but it would be really hard to trade away a potential Matthews Lafreniere line.

There’s so many things wrong with that. First off even if we do loose and get the first overall pick we’re in a win now mode. Meaning we need players who can help our franchise now. Getting Lafrenière will be better then having 3 players that will help our franchise in 1-3 years. Rather keep first overall .
