They said today both sides want to terminate contract. He will be a UFA very soon. I think that's where big Willy got it from.

lol. Buttfuklien really screwed over Winnipeg. I’m actually shocked that he would do this to them. After being hurt and missing so much time, he might get a league minimum contract still from someone. Not sure if Leafs are the team to offer it to him. I kinda think Dubas likes his defensemen a lot smaller and more mobile. But man, I was always a big fan of big buff for so many years. I would hate to think we had the chance to sign him for just the rest of the season to a small cap hit contract and Dubas didn’t do it. That would be another huge black mark against Dubas imo.
