Ok so break down of this trade is simple Nylander and Dvorak are signed long term and johnsson and galchenyuk are more of a short term option this also opens up the opportunity to maybe move kadri and Zaitzev for a good top 4 d or trade them and try and sign a player like Myers

hyman matthews galchenyuk

That's a pretty good top 6 I like Dvorak and what he can possibly bring to the leafs I mean if him and marner could connect like they did with the knights wow that line will be a good one just a thought

If Nylander gets traded, I'm pretty sure a good young right handed D will come back. This trade doesn't help leafs up front anyway. We need grit.

@jmin I think skill wise this trade is even but most of all this is a cost saving manoeuvre galchenyuk can play any position either wing or center and Dvorak can also play center or left wing I think this trade makes the leafs a bit deeper not much but a bit

@davido that value isn’t even close Florida is trying to get better not worst lol.

I think Dubas stays away from this one. Galchenyuk didn't have the best year and Dzorak was out for 3/ 4 of the season. I don't see it happening.
