I would do this trade in a heart beat it improves our defense and LA really need young forward that will help them score

I also think we need capitalize on trading kadri as he would easily be #1 but at #2 center on other teams.

I think this forward group looks solid I don't think anyone will take Marleau unless we retain half his salary and give up a decent prospect or pick.

I'm sorry but the leafs can't afford doughty and his 11 mill contract. Anyway what your offering is too small. LA would want Marner or Matthews, which the leafs won't do.

The Anaheim trade sucks. What does everyone see in Manson? he is a top 6d who had one good year. This year he was almost as bad as Zaitsev. I wouldn't even trade a second round pick for him. Leafs can't afford him anyway.

If the leafs can get another backup goalie I'm fine with the Edmonton trade. Mclheiny probably stays in Carolina.

Could be David. Wouldn’t surprise me. Both are damn good players. Looking at our defensive prospect players, we have a lot of extremely good young players in the system, with Sandin and Liljegren topping the list, being the top so-called a-prospects. Along with a couple less hyped prospects such as Hollowell, Rosen, and Duszak, you got to think Leafs have a lot of depth in the pipeline and could therefore trade one of either Sandin or Liljegren. They would bring the most return.

Hard to say. We don’t have a lot of options than try running with a rookie crew right now. Can’t afford a big name. We can’t even afford to re-sign Gardiner, who isn’t even a top line defender. Probably best we stick with Liljegren and Sandin both for now if you ask me. But that’s just my opinion. Dubas is a smart man. He’ll do what’s best for the team.
