Agree with BW. Brown, Zaitsev, Kadri, along with Bracco and Timashov all being traded for basically Colorado’s 1st and Cole. That’s three guys off the current roster and two of our best prospects for a pick and bottom pairing defenseman.

@bigwilly is it really that bad we are losing Johnsson kadri brown and Zaitzev in return we get miller cole a good 1st and Smith-Pelly I don’t see where it’s so bad leafs will have to move move someone.

@leafsgm to get rid of Zaitzevs contract it will take about that tymashov will never make the leafs and if we could get the avs 1st it’s probably a top 10 pick kadri has no purpose on the leafs move him
And draft a good player cole isn’t a great player but I’d say he’s just as good as hainsey and hainsey is on our top pair there’s going to be some moves that we don’t love but you got to do what you got to do.

What role does kadri have our there I love the guy but I think we get more value by trading him them keeping him we can down grade at that position.
