All those guys combined can’t get as many points as McDavid does in a year. This trade doesn’t make Edmonton immediately better. In fact, it worsens them. Kapanen, Johnsson, Kadri all together don’t equal McDavid, and Zaitsev brings their totals down, cause lowers the average points per player significantly. If, by some miracle Edmonton doesn't surew up their development, Liljegren and Sandin won’t be on the team for at least another year, and Edmonton will waste the 1st like the always do.
