Leafs: Nylander, Holl, Moore

The guys on editorinleaf whatever it is an actual idiot if he thinks we would have to give up Kapanen, Liljegren, and what 2 firsts for Hamilton yeah okay no I like Kapanen better than Nylander and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Trade this greedy fucc and sign Kap 4.5x8

Can we trade someone other than Moore please? It seems like he's got a bright future here. How about Timashov and a 3rd round pick?

I would be down for this trade.

Ferland is exactly the type of gritty forward that our team needs.

As for Hamilton, . He would also help our defensive depth and add grit as well no matter the flack he has received because of how old (young) he is and being traded this often in his career. No matter what baggage the fans thinks he carries, he would still be better as a number 2 slot over anyone on our team. They both create added depth and grit that would help our line up.

Carolina can't afford the 18 million owed to nylander before july 1st. If carolina waits till then they only owe him 24 over next 6 years but with 6.9 cap hit. Getting hamilton straight up for nylander will work in summer

Unfortunetly, to get hamilton now leafs will need to give up one of kapanen or johnsson plus other pieces. adding in ferland makes it even more complex.

Still i like both targets so finding other ways to get them would be fun to read. just not nylander right now to a team like carolina.

I still like Kapanen better than Nylander too BW. It’s going to be a while before that changes I think. Lol.

The whole Nylander fiasco left a bad taste in my mouth, as I’m sure it did yours and many other fans. It’s not going to cost Kapanen + 2x1st, and all that other stuff. Hamilton isn’t young and doesn’t have a lot of term left on his contract. His play this year has been lacklustre. Nylander is a big price to pay. I’m pretty sure Carolina would be happy with this offer if it came their way.
